Per Sam on WTKA it sounds like Pep is sticking around - NEGBANG
I guess at the end of yesterday's show Sam discussed that from what he was hearing from high school coaches and others it sounds like Pep is planning to stick around. He didn't find a seat in the in NFL/college head coaching round of musical chairs (or didn't find anyone willing to pay him $1.4M anyway).
It was further discussed today in segment 7 at around the 19 minute mark:

Still has 2 years on his contract so prepare yourself for UM having the highest paid QB coach in all the land... and lackluster QB recruiting as well.

Yes. Lots of arguing over the 4 plays in the playbook

This largely speaks to Harbaugh’s management style. Loyal to a fault and it’s not proven very effective. Record speaks for itself.
Like it or not this is a business. And this is an extremely poor business decision.
We have the highest paid QB coach in college. He makes more than the OC? A qb coach?
Bad look for Gattis should he live up to expectations and one can argue for that money you could get Whitfield himself.
Bad value
Bad business decision
I get Jim’s old school family values but until some championship hardware pops up soon it speaks volumes as to the lackluster performance of this team under his direction.
You don’t have to be Urban but you sure as hell don’t have to be Hoke either.

I hope this doesn't affect chemistry. Having the former OC stick around potentially carrying resentment around with him can be negative no matter what genius is in charge. Don't the Ravens have an expensive position to fill?

The Harbaugh country club continues. Can we quit fucking hiring family members and buddies that are all mediocre.

Shea says he is a great QB coach. Who cares about the money.
