Thought I would post this. First bit of news I've heard on the replacements for the defensive staff openings. The article, by Sam Webb, was just published on 247.

Idea being Michigan can give him a raise even if it is a demotion in title? He did never overlapped with Brown.

I don't see BC being able to outspend Michigan, it's the "demotion" that would seem to be the sticking point.

2016 defensive backs coach of the year, his secondaries over perform in pass efficiency D, and the get a lot of picks. Sounds like a zone guy to me.
Might be planning on moving CP back down to the LBs so he can take the safeties.

Was at Clemson - BC game. Clemson was vastly better than BC, winning 27-7, including knocking out BC's QB in the 1st quarter. BC D definitely frustrated Lawrence.
