Scout has updated their rankings
Notes on some of the Michigan commits:
Jabrill Peppers is up to #7 overall (from #11) and #2 CB (from #4).
Drake Harris is down 2 spots to #28 overall, one spot away from being a 5 star.
Chase Winovich is now a 4 star (from 3 star) and #17 OLB (from #28).
Ian Bunting is still a 3 star, which seems a little surprising.
Wilton Speight is also still a 3 star.
It's nice to see Bryan Mone crack the Top 100, coming in at #94 in the new rankings. I believe he was previously ranked at #111, but I'm not completely certain. You have to credit Magnus who said towards the beginning of the 2014 cycle that Mone was likely underrated.
The curious case of Mone. To me poeple dont talk about this kid enough. I dont know if it is because he isnt that exciting to some people or they just forget about him.
... but to be honest, I haven't been too excited about many recruits after watching Peppers highlight reel. Everyone else seems like they are playing in slow motion.
My ranking of excitement goes:
1) Peppers
2) Harris
3) Mone
4) Ferns
Ferns and Mone have both been on board for a long time. Ferns is all over social media and just attended a camp. Mone is out of site and out of mind. I think he could be the best interior DL player Michigan has had commit since Hoke came on board.
