Very nice.  I should get a computer game to keep me occupied on these long nights.  Help my sanity.  Any suggestions for free/cheap games I could buy/download?

 

I recently started playing rollercoaster tycoon again, and it quickly occurred to me how awesome of a game that used to be, and frankly, still is.

why do people keep posting new threads?? This is the Insomniac thread so all topics can be discussed here! just kidding I dont care. I do care that I took 2 sleeping pills at 9:00pmand I'm still not tired lol

Good to see a real night owl. All these kids thinking late is 2am. I'm just going to sleep now, but by choice unlike yourself. Good luck to you sir. Might I suggest a little 'bob marley's friend' to help you sleep? Does the trick for me, if you catch my stink...

I work in a hypertension clinic.  The doctor in my clinic routinely recommends Magnesium for sleep.  Plain, over-the-counter Magnesium.  (He prefers Magnesium Postassium Aspartate but Magnesium Oxide works well, too.)  I took it for a long time when I had sleep trouble--500 mg of it about an hour before you want to sleep.  Give it a shot!
