He says he sat a full season but assuming he wasn't enrolled for the first semester after leaving UofM then only one semester counts, the rule is very clearly written that you have to be enrolled and complete 2 semesters before being eligible. I've worked in NCAA compliance in the big 10, he knew about this rule, and If he hasn't been eligible to play all year why would he think he gets to travel to the bowl game?
Hopefully things work out the best for him, does not look like he has any interest in coming here but maybe 3 straight shut outs change that. It's nice to see everyone's commits visiting for our games versus the exact opposite happening last year.
I think Lewis stays another year to bulk up, work on his game and see how good the team can be in year 2 of Harbaugh, after that I think he's a 1st or 2nd rounder no doubt.
