"Partnership with Ohio State University Athletics - As of July 2007, McDonald’s owner/operators of Central Ohio became the exclusive Quick Service Restaurant sponsor for Ohio State University’s Athletics program, including football, hockey, and men’s and women’s basketball. As part of this $2.5 million, 5-year sponsorship, Ohio State University and RMHC history was made when tickets to the 2007 OSU Spring Game on April 12th were sold in a venue outside of the University with $1 of each ticket benefitting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio. As part of the sponsorship, OSU will educate the public about RMHC and its role in the community."
Students that were admitted free to the game were only admitted to the south stands.
