Drinking some tequila and going to Rick's.  Going to try and forget about our football woes as I talk to a 21 year old chick from Bloomfield Hills.

Trying to stay hopeful

Right now I'm keeping focused on going 2-0 against Illinois and Purdue.  We win these 2 and the season is salvaged.  Positive thoughts here.

Zook

Zook has better hair because Robinson's last good football moment was the Denver Broncos 1998 Super Bowl.

Good Move

I think ND made the right move affirming Brian Kelly.  He is a quality coach and a good person, definitely deserving of three years to prove himself.  Their fan base is hurting like ours, hating life because they are losing.  I don't blame them.  The best thing Notre Dame can do is keep Brian Kelly and let him rebuild after the Weis era.

It's Coach Rod, Not GERG

I was at Score Keepers on the Saturday night after we lost to Iowa, standing in line to take a leak.  A back up member of the Michigan offense was in line and we got to talking as we waited.

I expressed frustration at our defensive effort against Iowa, particularly Greg Robinson.  The player said that it wasn't GERG.  He said Coach Rod was running the whole program and making the decisions, no one else.  He was supportive of Coach Rod, but also frustrated at our lack of changing schemes on defense.

Not trying to throw fuel on the fire.  If Roh is unhappy, clearly something is wrong not just at the DC level.

Hell Yes

We should be kicking onside a good amount of the time.  With the state of our defense I can't believe we haven't been trying this a few more times.  Good piece from Denard for Heisman on onside kicks this year...

Hoping

I really hope we can pull out 2 more wins this season, likely against Illinois and Purdue.  Given the last three games though, it is pretty tough to see this happening.

If we go 6-6 I want Rich Rod gone.  End of discussion.  It's not about being "UNACCEPTABLE" as it is about our record being an objective statement of fact.

You can do all the statistical analysis in the world to apologize for Rich Rod.  At the end of the day it's about wins.  That's it.

I appreciate Denard, et al

I love our offense, no doubt.  We have a very bright future, particularly with 2 more years of Denard and Devin Gardner thereafter.

It's not about offense though.  It's about wins.  Show me how the team has progressed.  I think overall you can make an argument when including defense and special teams that we have regressed.

Please not Harbaugh

I really like Jim Harbaugh, please do not let him go to Minnesota.

still not happy

Maybe it's BECAUSE we are Michigan, but I can't help but feel pissed off these days.  I am very grateful for the decades of great teams and will always stay loyal, regardless of record or coach.

Callahan

Great example of how a previously well accomplished coach can come into a situation and not perform.  The best the Nebraska ever did was get rid of Callahan for Pellini.  Can you imagine where they would be if they had stuck with him?
