The first things that needs to be done immediately is for O-Line coach Funk to get canned. You have 4 and 5 star guys on the roster and they couldn't even move U Conn off the ball. They aren't developing at all. I know he's a great recruiter, but Michigan recruits it's self. Hoke needs to have a sit down with Borges, because he should have had Gardner throwing short pass because he didn't have time for those long pass route to develope. And for Pete's sake Hoke needs to wear a headset.
