If the Green Wave were…

If the Green Wave were holding that megaphone properly the "Tulane" would be upside down

Just carve 2018 into the…

Just carve 2018 into the pillars... nobody will care that it was shared when they look at the monument in 2035.

This is great work and not…

This is great work and not surprising at all having watched nearly every snap this offense took this season.

I was constantly bummed at how conservative the play calling was especially when running the ball on 3rd and 3 or 4.

Would it have been quicker…

Would it have been quicker to wait until it was available for purchase and get it that way??

Fox Sports is

Foxt Sports is so far behind CBS, NBC, ABC, and ESPN in their presentation quality in just about every sport except maybe NFL IMO.

Their presentation and announcers simply reflect the attitude of their programming which is to appeal to the lowest common denominator. Leery doesn't begin to cover it for me... Lest we forget their first crack at broadcasting the BCS bowl series in 2009(??)

That said I'm a Xavier basketball fan and their Big East coverage has improved and Gus Johnson calling basketball is A++. I have reservations about him doing football but he slowly became a servicable soccer announcer so hard to bet against the guy.

Here's hoping they dont try to turn the games into cartoons.

EDIT: Ok Fox is pretty good at baseball, forgot since I hardly watch the game

Hijacking OP

Has anyone bought tickets using the spreadsheet on MGoBlog? Trying to do that for the first time this year. Over email conversations the seller seems legit but I really won't know if he'll send the tix after I paypal the $$

As a Michigan fan who has

As a Michigan fan who has never attended UM or lived in AA (yeah I'm that guy) I consider the Mud Bowl the greatest football season tradition that I've been fortunate enough to witness thanks to a friend who was an SAE.

Cincinnati hockey fans are

Cincinnati hockey fans are already busy drinking $1 beers at CIncinnati Cyclones games.

There is a surprisingly large high school hockey scene in the Queen City and the too large arena you mentioned is always desperate for tenants/ some level of relevancy.

Little surprised at conclusion

As someone who lives in Cincinnati (not a UC football OR basketball fan) I can say with a degree of certainty that the school does NOT "fit" in the Big 12.

But Maryland and Rutgers do NOT "fit"in the B1G so (shrug).

Xavier Basketball

Went to games with Dad as a kid and fell in love. And yes, being on the bandwagon early for a program's steady rise to consistant national relevance is freaking awesome!

Xavier is legit

Can't wait for more coverage as my two favorite college teams collide this season.... remember the name Jaylen Reynolds

Queen City

As a proud Cincinnatian I'll counter that the Queen City is REALLY in Ohio  but fortunatly far enough from Columbus that it isnt a hotbed of raging Bucks fanatics. Also we'd all much rather be in Ohio then Kentucky or Indiana.

Side note: University of Cincinnati fans/supports/alums freaking hate tOSU & Urban Meyer so its nice to align with them on that.

GO X! GO BLUE!

Thanksgiving

Am I the only one that too the Turkey on thanksgiving as a slight shot at Michigan?

Only if

He'll only use a FB if said player will also be the starting ILB like this maniac

(Still amazes me)

This reminds me of...

This reminds me of baeball on the radio:

"First pitch brought to you by Jiffy Lube."

As if the pitcher would stand there clueless at the top of the 1st if it weren't for Jiffy Lube.
