First, my resume. SU BS '87, UM MHSA '92. Yes, I bleed Orange first and foremost, but I AM a Wolverine in every sense of the word.
My assessment. GRob is a buffoon. Not only can't he recruit (immaterial now true, but of importance in the sense that he can't CONNECT with college kids, or so it appears), but his FAILURE to make half-time adjustments cost 'Cuse at least a dozen games during his tenure. Not alot by UM (historic) standards, but when you were sucking as much as SU was (is?), a dozen in 4 years goes a long way.
No tactician, no strategist this man. The only enjoyment we got from him was his twisted syntax during interviews.
This Orange Wolverine thought he had seen the last of Greggers. Alas...fate has dealt me one shitty hand.
