This loss hurts but we still control our own destiny. I'll say it again. We control our own destiny. We win out, we're in the playoffs. The rankings don't matter at all. On a side note though, the offense looked terrible last night. A lot of throws Speight should have made. Felt like we played right into Iowa's hands. Offensive line got handled too, constantly getting beat off the snap. Few things to work on for next week. Think this might be a little wake up call for the team. Makes them mad. Lets take it out on Indiana next week. Go Blue!
Budenholzer and his whole coaching staff can help develop Hardaway Jr. into a defensive player. Let's not forget, Danny Green was almost on his way out of the league before becoming a Spur under Pop and Budenholzer. Hardaway will be a nice addition to ATL's squad.
This is the fault of Norfleet and our former coach who I hate to address... Yes, Norfleet should have taken care of his credit hours, but if he can get his credits back to where they need to be, he could return. This team won't die without him though. Fan favorite, yes, but we will be fine.
