defensively, the steadiness is definitely matthews/simpson. offensively, this is the first year where we have consistently 2-3 guys scoring over 15 points a game since the '13, '14 years. poole/iggy/matthews give raw scoring ability that most teams don't have from 3 guys.
If 3 of our defensive coaches (Brown, especially) left after the Dax Hill decision, no one should ever have the right to criticize player transfers/players wanting compensation.
Johns will be the next to the NBA behind Iggy/Matthews/Poole but I just feel bad for Davis. On Stu Douglass’ podcast, he talked about how impossible it is for a guy like Davis to get more minutes when he is being judged every second of the 3-5 minutes he’s out there. Obviously it’s like that in all sports but I just don’t know how he’ll ever get out of his head when there’s no room for error with Teske ahead of him and Johns behind him.
All of the guys mentioned were the top recruits we've gotten over the years. Some might have stayed longer than 2 years but it still took natural talent for them to be stars. I do prefer a system that develops players but maybe more like Michigan State where they have senior leaders but with some high recruits coming in frequently.
missing the playoffs two years in a row with as much talent as they have. Now they are finally showing their true potential. Ever since the players started putting on "goggles" theres been a different energy. Everything is coming together now.
I liked the morning show on 105.1 since they actually talked about sports. I don't think I've ever heard 97.1 actually talk sports during the morning drive.
Being born in '97 I don't remember anything prior to the Pistons winning in '04. Since then my favorite sports year is probably 2012-2013 with the Tigers making the World series and M hoops making the NC.
If I had to guess what I'd enjoy the most being older, I'd go with '89 because I favor the Pistons over the Wings. Although its hard to argue a NC for football.
Yeah but preseason rankings are based on what the roster looks like for the coming year. Prior to those two seasons, we had Caris, Spike, Zak, and Derrick on the roster, all of whom got hurt for extended periods over those two years. So the rosters changed quite a bit over the course of each season. This season, again, the roster looks borderline top 25 barring major injuries.
There are 5/5 starters returning. That's a rarity in this era. All of you will be surprised when this team is much better next year. A better guard team, a better big-man rotation, and a better Duncan Robinson.

38-10 Michigan
3 more wins than last year and an at-large lock. Awesome home schedule..should be a fun year.

I wouldn't buy Michigan shoes though...feels a little over the top for me.
is mainly material. The designs are better too but the material is miles better.
grey quarter zip-the one with the maize that shows when you stretch the shoulders. hat. three quarter tee.
The two best Netflix series I've watched are The Office and the West Wing. I'm surprised no one mentioned the West Wing yet.

LSU's purple and gold is one of the best. Sadly scarlet and grey is really nice looking too.
truly living vicariously through his son
"YOU SUCK" is the only anti-opponent cheer we use...its ok to be "bad boys" for one down.

there seems to be a decent amount of hype for the game
