Watching this press conference this morning was a religious experience for me. Huge moment.
I was on the field for the NC in '97 @ the Rose Bowl. That didn't cause the tears that this press conference did. Amazing. Words cannot do this justice.

I've been all over this blog since the mushroom cloud @ ND, this year.
I just want to say that how crazy is it that this season could end up being one of the best we could ever have hoped for. There's some sort of devine irony that this train wreck of a season put the wheels in motion for what looks to be a rebirth of the program. Many cliches come to mind - "it's always darkest before the dawn", "you have to hit rock bottom before you rise up", etc. etc. etc. Those sayings are all true here. I think that I speak for many of you when I say perhaps we were all beginning to wonder if we would ever bounce back or if we had entered a never-ending death spiral in the program. This is a reminder of who we are - "when the old season is over, you and I know, it's gonna be Michigan again, Michigan."
Unbelieveable. I am so proud to be a Michigan Wolverine. Thank you so much for this blog, Brian. It's been a joy to read.
