06/13/2014 - 8:43pm	Non scholarship athletes	Pardon my ignorance but does a non scholarship athlete sign the NIL waiver? And if not suppose they are on special teams, recover an onside kick for a touchdown and end up on EA sports or network highlights? Do they have a different case?
