Its funny that the La Bamba's on Lane ave here in Columbus has a very similar mural with a bunch of OSU players (who have burritos for heads...) sitting on Michigan players shoulders. I am assuming they are supposed to be tackling them or something but it looks very strange.

Having lived in Columbus for over 5 years now I can say with some certainty that OSU fans do get excited about the rivalry between OSU and UM in basketball. It isn't to the same level as the excitement in football but I think that has more to do with the difference in the level of interest between the two sports. Course it could have something to do with the fact that I work at a children's hospital which is affiliated with OSU's med school. Perhaps we simply have more hardcore OSU fans here...
On the the long throw from Sheridan to Mathews did the entire offensive line remain in their stance for the whole play? I saw it the first time and thought I was seeing things so I rewound and sure enough as you see sheridan throwing the camera pans to follow the ball and there is the entire o-line just perfectly motionless. Was that planned? I have never seen anything like that before.
