The notion that they are being held to some unreasonable standard because they are public figures or employed by a university is such a joke. I fired someone this week for posting racially insensitive material on their facebook page. I don't know what world people live in where actions like this don't warrant firing.
Yea, I don't normally post, and definitely didn't want to hijack the thread, just wanted to get it out there in case no one else knew about it.
I agree, it was so great watching GERG deny the whole thing. Amazing anyone with that on video got hired as a head coach anywhere.
I dont have enough points to post a topic, so I will just put this here. Did anyone just see Outside the Lines? They just reaired a 1996 ESPN special talking about "Smash for Cash", a player incentive program in the NFL, and how it relates to the NO bounty scandal.
In the 1996 special, they talked at lengths about GERG Robinsons use of a stuffed beaver as a motivational tool in the NFL. They were saying that the beaver is "the most diligint and hard working animal in the world" and that is why he used it.
Very odd place to all of a sudden get an explanation for the stuffed beaver on the side line. Anyone else already know that?
Can't post a new topic, so I thought I would throw this question into one of the many 3 and Out posts.
Reading the chapters about practicegate got me really frustrated on the CARA forms. Why in this decade do we not have a secure website where students submit their CARA form data directly to compliance? This seems like such a simple solution to the clear problem of getting the CARA forms turned in regularly. Anyone have any idea if this process has been modernized at all?
If there is anyone in the Victors Club willing to sell me their tickets, I would love to set up a deal with someone where they buy 2 Notre Dame Packs for me, I will pay the entire fee, and they can keep all of the tickets except the Notre Dame game.
I am planning to be in town for that weekend only. If anyone is interested, let me know.
These years will strip away the fair weather fans, and when we are back on top, only we will be able to truly appreciate the glory of our rise. The rest will come rushing back to enjoy the winning, and we will tell tales of these sleepless nights with pride.
But god do I wish the basketball team could have given us a little reprieve.
Possible, but there is something to be said for being on a winning team, and scoring a touchdown in the state championship game. If it had to do with politics at least it sounds like he deserved in that game.

If it weren't for a good cause I would be mad that every time you post this I end up having a currently winning bid get outbid.
Oh well, everyone go beat me out for cool stuff.
Glad these kids get a great day and hopefully this helps the family get moving into a better situation. Great thing you are doing.
Just sent you $25....you are a good man.
How much more do we need? I will throw in.
The important thing is what media markets it brings.
