Michigan Alumni Club Scholarship Golf Tournament featuring Honorary Chair Glen Rice - This Saturday in Miami!
The 3rd Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament presented by Diag Partners is coming up this Saturday at noon at Shula's Golf Club in Miami Lakes. This event is organized by the Michigan Alumni Club of Miami-Fort Lauderdale. Honorary Chair Glen Rice will headline a fun-filled day of golf and networking with Michigan alums, leading South Florida professionals and former Michigan athletes.
Proceeds from the event will go toward our Club's Scholarship Fund to help make the Michigan experience a reality for local students in our South Florida community.
While we hope you can join us on the course, if you are not interested in golfing but want to participate in this great event, please join us for the festivities portion of the event including the happy hour, dinner, silent auction, raffle and presentation by Glen Rice.

I still remember asking Mr. Rice for an autograph in the parking lot at Mott community college as a kid. He ignored me for a long time, but finally gave in when his friend urged him to. What a great player for Michigan. This is a good event and I'm glad Glen is helping out. Flint town baby!
