WOTS on Thames
Word is that Dennis Thames has made his final decision and is set to announce pretty soon. Also, it appears as though Michigan has made an offer to a top 2010 instate dual threat QB, Devin Gardner out of Inkster. He sounds like a potential Top 100 recruit and would provide awesome depth behind Newsome/Beaver. (I'm thinking if he were to end up at UM, he'd redshirt and be a freshman when N/B are juniors)

Is Thames coming here? Good info on Devin Gardner.
I have heard that we might not be out of the running for David Oku. Does anyone have any thoughts on that?

I have some doubts about whether Oku could actually qualify academically for Michigan anyways. I know football players aren't Rhodes scholars, but I keep reading stories/rumors about him getting a 12 or a 15 on his ACT.

I don't think that should matter. I can't imagine Manningham did much better.

I'd hope Oku isn't scoring a 12. Isn't that the number of points you get for just filling out your name? (haha jk). Well we have our own borderline qualifiers also (Touissaint, Gallon), so let's hope our commits get their stuff in order.
