I think that was the first plan but he then decided to not enroll early a bit after initially committing to us.

For years it was all the Devin's are belong to us -- Gardner, Funchess, Asiasi, Bush (Sr. and Jr.) now all the Zach's are belong to us (hoping Gentry had a hand boo-boo in his last game).

Seems like of the EE listed above, Charbonnet and Mazi Smith are the most important EE for the 2019 season. Big holes at RB and DT, they have a clear path to be in the rotation, and enrolling early gives them a huge leg up.
