How do these games work with regards to location of the game? I live in Alabama and if Michigan is down here playing I'd love to go cheer them on!

Michigan swept Alabama earlier this season as Wolverine Devotee noted.  More important, Michigan faced Osorio who is their go-to pitcher.  She is just a freshman and pitched all 3 games in their Super Regional vs Oklahoma.

We beat Jury in the first game earlier this year and Osorio in the second game.  However, Osorio has tons more experience than she did in February.

She's got a great rise ball.  That's the pitch we struggled with against Kent State.  I'm sure we're practicing against that sort of pitch over and over.

One other tidbit.  Back in 2012 when UM didn't even get to host a regional, we went to Louisville as the #2 seed and won that regional and advanced to the Super Regional.  Our opponenent was Alabama.  We lost both games: 4-1 and 4-3.  But that was also the year that Alabama won the national title so we did quite well against them.

I really feel that Florida is the only team in the series that stacks up to Michigan from top to bottom. Oregon is close, but after Hawkins, they are vulnerable and we have shown an elite level (if not the best I've seen in awhile) of being able to adjust to good pitchers over a few innings. We played Florida and lost both games in the very beginning of the season, but they were both very close. They have been accused of leaning into pitches all season and have an absurd number of HBP-- I am curious to see how this comes into play or if any coach challenges their B.S. (including Hutch).

We are all watching a team just as good, if not better than our magical 2005 NC team, but we  all know how tournaments go. I believe this is the first time ever that the 1-8 seeds have all advanced to Oklahoma City--- every team remaining knows how to win.
