Visitors for MSU game
Michigan has a pretty decent group of visitors coming to Ann Arbor for this weekend's game. Official visitors include 4-star tight end Theo Johnson and wide receiver commit Roman Wilson, both of whom are at the basketball game tonight. Johnson was supposed to commit (to Penn State) on Monday, but he postponed his commitment because he's not sure what he wants to do.
A fair number of players are involved in playoff games on Saturday, so the visitor list might end up being a little light by necessity.

In my less than expert opinion I think we are looking at a QB, an OT, a CB or two and maybe another RB/ATH type. Theo Johnson seems like the you make room for him kind of guy but I don’t see us going after another TE otherwise. I’d like to see them add a DT or two even if they aren’t top ranked guys just to put some insurance at that spot but it doesn’t seem like they are going to.

If Um does as you suggest, how do they fit them all in? Using the 247 Comp as a guide, you have 24 commitments now. How many can back date considering UM signed 26 last year?
I can't keep track of the rule changes but I thought overhanging by 3 was the rule. So 28 max. For example, I believe PSU is at 27. Yet they are still trying to recruit players for this class.

There usually a couple guys who don’t stick through till signing day and they may not land commits for of all the above spots. The staff has always been on top of numbers so I’m sure they are on top of all the things we don’t know about plus or minus one or two dudes. It seems like they hit on a lot of the guys they wanted/needed back in the summer and have been going slow and being a little more selective for these final spots

#2: the true count, as of now, is 22. Cage Garcia and JD Johnson don't count against scholly numbers as of now.

I look at it as 21 commits right now. There are a couple guys I don't think will be in the class...
Add a QB, RB, CB, OT, and I don't see how they don't add a DT. So I'm thinking it will be a class of about 26-27.
