I actually found Hoke's answer to the question about comfort level interesting. I suppose we do sometimes discount his prior experience at Michigan as a defensive line coach in that he is familiar with the culture and the traditions, but I also understand that, year to year, the way college football seems to go, it's probably a little difficult to say that you are "more comfortable" starting any given season unless you're not constantly analyzing you're own team as Hoke and the staff seem to do.

I would imagine, however, that if your stated goal is to win the Big Ten title or else you feel as if you have failed, comfort is not the focus - the focus is then to compete, and I do like that approach.
