Scirotto and Keith Kimble called an OK game, IMO.

Garrison? Same old crap---though this loss is completely on UM. That said, we are now 1-5 in BT games when Lewis is involved.

Rechecked game. LG called 4 fouls, maybe 5, all on UM. However, on one LS call he raised his hand in concurrence. He blew an OOB call, the call favoring Wiscy.

Why don’t coaches/players guard the last 2nd half court shot?   Token pressure stops Cassius shot.  I get it’s a “long shot” but every season these shots go down.  Beilein was guilty of this as welll...Evan Turner.

There's a big difference between Winston's shot and Evan Turner's. Literally no one is guarding Winston and it was the end of the half, not the end of the game. We had someone on Turner but it was token and our guy got screened as the ball was thrown inbounds. You could certainly argue that we should have applied more pressure on Turner to prevent him from getting the ball, but it was a 2 point game with 2.2 seconds to play. The defensive emphasis was on not allowing a hail mary pass and Christian Laettner type play. We gave up 40 footer to Turner and he drilled it. So be it.
