Obviously you can never get enough of one of the greatest (yet somehow still underrated) Wolverine athletes of all time — which is why he's appeared in "There are..." 2018, 2019, and 2022 (2021 of course being Devin Funchess, the Legends program carrier of Kramer's number).
Today's video will be a little nod to Bob Topp, the Michigan man who preceded Kramer in the donning of #87 (and thus one of the only other players in program history to wear the number), as this season marks the 70th anniversary of Topp's senior season. It also was, of course, Kramer's freshman one)...
