Ward was also, as I recall, the first African-American chairman of the Michigan Public Service Commission, which is a body very near and dear to my daily work, as well as a Wayne County probate judge. He was rather accomplished outside of his athletic career as well.

who said anything about harbaugh? 

I'm talking about the entire program. 

The inability to compete with top ranked programs. 

The ridiculous pricing of ann arbor on game day (to watch MSU beat us on our own field)

the shitty recruiting, 

the holier-than-thou woke fan base.  

And yeah, 1934 Michigan goes 1-7  BUT. .  .

Willis Ward managed to beat OSU the year before in 1933.  He won a national championship.  Which of course meant a big ten championship.   Something that the program hasn't done legitimately since 2004.  WHEN THE INCOMING FRESHMAN WERE FUCKING BORN!!!!!!!

How's that for irony?
