...days until one Mr. Steven Breaston sees Michigan beat the shit out of the Rainbow Warriors.

Steve played receiver from 2003 to 2006 and is one of my all-time favorite players. He wasn't the most agile guy, but when he got into open space, he burned defenders with his really long strides. He was a terrific returner and has the Michigan record with 1,599 punt return yards and 1,993 kick return yards (crazy stats). Steve earned 2003 Big Ten Freshman of the Year, 2006 Big Ten Conference sportsmanship award honoree, and four-time Big Ten football special teams player of the week. Steve was drafted in the fifth round (too low, in my opinion) in 2007 by the Cardinals. He also saw time with the Chiefs and Saints.

The first game of season is also next week!

#2.  Best part of BTN Live right now is going to each campus during training.  They could expand that for more sports.  Hire a couple guys/girls whose job it is to stay on campus for a group of schools.  Might even help promote some interest in other sports, not a bad thing.  They could probably lose the polling stuff they do and actually generate their own content on "which team will have a better season" with more in depth analysis.  Or replace it with a few more social media questions even and again, go more in depth.  Show us some film to support your answers.  Break out the film and show us what teams are doing well or not.  So much they could do.

#4.  Yes please, more games.  They already show games that were broadcast on ESPN to begin with.  No reason they can't get more.  Love the idea of showing a whole season.  Wonder how hard it would be to get commentary from players and coaches for discussion of the games during replay.

Yup. I have been watching some Michigan classics on Youtube lately. Some of the video quality is awful, but I don't care. It just helps me get more excited for this season.

Thanks for providing background info. on the players; it's a really nice addition to the "There Are" threads this year.

As for the contention that Breaston "wasn't the most agile guy," I'd have to say that his agility--especially his ability to change direction--was rather good.  A punt return for TD against Illinois comes to mind as an example.

Oh, for sure. Most people who have speed also have agility. I just meant compared to someone like Braxton Miller, Steve was not agile like that. Braxton is one of the most agile players I have ever seen.

What did this utter douchebag with the fake life (Aussie who lives in NYC. Mmm-hmm) inherit this meme and why are people upvoting him for stealing it?

If you aren't following Michigan's snapchat, you're missing out. Everyday they've posted clips from practice, player interviews, pictures of Harbaugh. Awesome idea.
