Accountability and real competition up and down the program. Soup is a great and shocking addition. Amazing. I think the depth in coaching is going to show immediate returns. As a former teacher, lower class size means better results. Lower class size with quality educators everywhere even better. Wow.

you would always hear from NFL scouts about how well coached our WRs were.  The guys is a good WR coach.  Good to have him back on board.

Harbaugh not only seems to be the pied piper, but he knows that to be excellent you have to surround yourself with excellent people.  And he knows how to recognize excellent people.

Didn't Hoke reach out and offer Campbell a spot a few years back?  I believe he declined.

Nevertheless, its great to have a guy that has a proven track record here with producing quality receivers.

I'm pretty sure there are "limits" to the amount of coaches a staff can have... Does this only apply to GameDay? ... In other words, what do Soup, Will Carr, and the other 2 offensive assistants (names are slipping me) do during the week/GameDay etc? Are they in the booth? Are they apart of Pregame/halftime adjustments? Can they coach the kids up during a game? You get the jist... Anyways, another great hire hat I'm super excited about... Go Blue

1 HC, 9 assistants and 4 GAs. There's also a limit to how many can recruit on the road. But you can hire as many people as you like to work with the coaches, break down film, help gameplan, etc. It's a rare luxury to have such experienced and capable coaches serving in that capacity.
