Would like to see them involve Sam Webb next year on breaking down the players skill sets. The former players are cool, but they don't know these guys like Sam does.

and while I'm glad they did it, I thought last year's was much more fun. Hill is a more intimate setting and felt like more noise-- most of the cheering today seemed to disappear up into the Crisler rafters. Holt, Shanahan, and McShay from last year gave it much more of a "draft" feel that was cool and overall, both more analytic gravitas and at the same time more like a party.

Hope they consider going back to the 1st format with the addition of the parents from today.

watched it on the big screen after catching bits and pieces earlier. I liked this year's version much better, it seemed more relevant to the signees and their parents. Harbaugh sells Michigan from the academics, to the network, to the family atmosphere. I thought they hit that mark better this year than last. If the purpose is to draw national attention then last year was better.
