SIAP: Mimi Bolden-Morris to William & Mary

So folks have been saying "something is missing" this season.  Some think it was Harbaugh, I have personally wondered if they've just put too much pressure on themselves to get to the end of the season and they're not taking the necessary steps to prepare for those late November, December, January games.  Everyone seems to be pressing, no one seems to be having fun...that's the weight of expectations, IMO.  Heisman's and national championships.

Anyway, it just hit me, "where is Mimi Bolden-Morris?"  I never saw it posted on this site and I must've just completely missed that she left the program in June to become the Director of Basketball Operations at the College of William & Mary.

Congrats to Mimi, sucks for us.  We miss Biff, and we miss and Mimi!

Are folks really saying that?  Real folks, and not just Twitter trolls and those in BPONE recovery?  The team doesn't seem miserable to me.  You make it sound like we are MSU or something.  A couple of slow starts and a cautious approach to injuries isn't the end of the world.

It’s been not that much different than last year. Didn’t blow out opponents like last year in the non-conference (ECU > CSU; UNLV > Hawaii; BGSU < UCONN), and we had a better week 4 vs Rutgers than vs Maryland last year.

Iowa was a slog for a little and so was IU for even longer. Aside from Penn St, we didn’t wow in our B1G games until OSU and Purdue which we took over in the second half in those games too.

Train is still on schedule

I noticed she wasn't there around week two.  Happy for her!

Regarding the team, it was good to have Coach back. Felt like a pretty standard Harbaugh win, and we're trending in a positive direction in a lot of areas, even if we're not there yet.

If you hire the people you want, some of them are going to leave you to do better things.  It is more of a validation of your success than a failure.  Congrats to Mimi!
