Hope they roll out the red carpet for this guy. Getting the number one prospect would be nice, and he is from the midwest, so it appears that it may be doable. Hopefully we can stay on his short list and he isn't just doing a tour of a bunch of schools (a la Jelani Jenkins last year).

ND is looking strong for him, as long as we don't tank this season. He wants to see some wins. OSU is probably a fairly close second. They were also pretty confident they had Floyd locked up and like Floyd, Seantrel isn't saying a whole lot.
Domer.
what's your reasoning?
Hopefully he comes back for a REAL game...
OSU game???
I haven't seen any highlights of him but he has all the tools and measurables apparently (He has too because he's the #1 overall player on TOS and Scout.com)...
The more times he makes it to our campus, the more I like our chances...
They have history at Cretin-Derham Hall, including Michael Floyd.
I assume you say that because Cretin-Derham Hall is a Catholic academy and because other players from there have gone to Notre Dame, yes? Matt Carufel was the last big recruit to head to Notre Dame from Henderson's school, and he was one of many that fled from the Great Weis Whale after only a season or so.
Not saying Seantrel won't go to Notre Dame, I just don't think they have any sort of edge
Michael Floyd.
Haha, right, I can't believe I forgot about Michael Floyd.
FUN FACT!: When I was a junior, my high school beat Cretin-Derham Hall for the state title game. It was awesome. As a senior, we went to play at their place and they clocked us. For one of his many touchdowns, Floyd made a nasty one-handed catch over one of my good friends. The next signing day, I was watching CSTV and Michael Floyd's recruiting highlights came on. The reel was capped off by that same one-handed catch, and I couldn't help but laugh as I watched my friend get owned once again, this time on national television.
True story.
why people are fighting you so much on this
some of the bucknuts I know believe OSU has the inside edge.
buckholes think they have the inside track for everyone they desperately want as a recruit.
that may be true, but they do tend to get a lot of what they want.
winning the big 10 (though sucking in bowl games) and $500 pay outs in the form of secret handshakes and nice cheap leases on Hyundai Sonatas (that they can return if they end up not qualifying) will help land players. Might want to add that they have a "Director of Athletic Performance" by the name of Eric "ass" Lichter who has a past record for distributing drugs might also help. These kids know that they'll have a good pipeline to enhancement drugs.
well RR has been a great recruiter thus far so who knows
Other Brian, is Jeff Luc a UF or FSU lock?
Don't think he's a "lock" anywhere, I've only heard that at the moment he's a longshot for Michigan, but it's still really early. And Ricardo touched base with him, so we'll see.
Which base did he touch? Was it third? If so, he needs to step up his game, because you know Tressel will go all the way...
of him up earlier today, and Lucis a monster among men. He hits people, and they don't get up. I hope we can somehow get in the mix for him.

He is a fuggin beast in the making.
if he were to include Michigan in his shorten list.

Well, sounds like UM definitely rolled out the red carpet. Just gotta see if a month, two months, etc, down the line, if the big guy is still mentioning us.
He said he'd like to take an official in the fall, so that's good.
It's frickin fantastic. My understanding is that Michigan just cleared a huge path for itself in his mind. The kid stayed an extra day. Unless outside factors get in the way, I believe he is UM's to lose.
