Scalper warning
I was just swindled out of $150 (well over half my weekly paycheck) for a used student ticket. What gets me is that this wasn't some random dude looking for some easy money or a ND fan looking to screw a rival, but a fellow Michigan fan. I suppose I should have realized something was up when he was charging 50 less than the going rate.
Anyway, I hope that my experience makes other cautious when shopping for tickets on the street. We can't even trust our fellow Michigan fans these days.
Be wary my friends...

I never thought about that, but that really, really stinks.

Go to the seats and kick somebodys butt. They might just be dumb enough to be there. If not this week, go next week and the week after. It could very well be someone with season tickets.

You can contact the ticket office and find out whose ticket it was. Serve it up cold, man.

Sorry to hear about that ticket. I thought of scalping tickets up there too, but I feared getting either a fake ticket or an invalid ticket. Last year, at the MSU game, I watched about 6 people in front of me be told their tickets were fake, and they weren't getting in. When the police asked how much they paid, they told him $250 a piece. I guess the silver lining in it is that they were MSU fans that got taken for a ride, not Michigan fans. I won't scalp tickets to big games again. I will take stubhub for now on. Sorry to hear you got screwed.

I wish I had thought of that instead of throwing it away in a druken, self pitying stupor.
Alls well that ends well though
