SB Open Thread vs Iowa: 3pm BTN

The SB Team will play Iowa today in the last of three.  We defeated Iowa twice yesterday on the strong arm of Megan (Besta).

It will be interesting if Megan pitches today.  She has been hot lately.

Predictions from a couple weeks ago said UM would have "one lay an egg game".  They have had two (KSU and Iowa) , and it's still March.    Hopefully, they can rebound at Minnesota, but a super regional may be slipping away.  Recall last year they had some tough losses late in the season and had hosting a first round regional slip away.    

Would like to see Sara Driesenga back, as I think she will be needed.

Ugh.  Just watched this one on Tivo-delay.  Crushing disappointment, there is no way we should lose to Iowa.  KSU has a dominant pitcher, so that was understandable, but this pitcher has an ERA of over 5.  We really need to do good work at Minnesota next week, or that super regional will be out of our grasp before we know it.
