Apologies if anyone's already posted this, but: Found a video of RichRod speaking at a HS coaches conference in Battle Creek yesterday. Topics include: -Facing criticism (family values, not recruiting in-state) -Building a program vs. Building a team -Changing culture vs. Changing functions (logic behind multiple captains)* -Ignoring "drama" Nothing revelatory here but interesting to see him speaking. Seems like he's trying to do some damage control and ingratiate himself with in-state coaches. Also interesting to hear his rationale for the rotating captains. thing a while ago, but I still don't think some people have heard his explanation. And somehow, I don't think D'Antonio will be burdened with this intro: "Most of Rodriguez's opening talk at Kellogg Arena was a defense of himself and his team, touching on issues like in-state recruiting, whether or not Michigan had retained its family atmosphere, and his difficult transition to Michigan."
