Projecting 2020 Football Starters in EA Sports NCAA 2020

Submitted by Hail to the Vi… on April 8th, 2020 at 8:04 PM

Because I have entirely too much time on my hands while self isolating, I thought it would be a good waste of time to project the starters for 2020 football as if they were EA College Football 2020 players. Here is what I came up with.

For those familiar with the game (and care to weigh in) what is your: line up & ratings / thoughts / commentary?

Seems awfully generous at the skill positions minus Nico. Kemp and Hinton seem high too. Also isn’t Carpenter the shoe in at center?

The more I read these lineup projections the more I cringe. This team is gonna win 8 mayb 9 games next season. Is everyone here just hoping 2021 is the year or what exactly? I can’t imagine anyone asking harbaugh to stay if he’s 0-7 against Ohio state and 0 big ten titles I’m 7 years right....right...

LOL ?? this team could win a lot of games... From what I saw on the field McCaffrey is better than Shea Patterson. Milton might be better than McCaffrey. Lots of really nice pieces for this team to work with! Tough schedule but outside of Ohio State the toughest games are at home. Wisconsin and Penn State or both winnable... Every other game is very winnable! (Except OSU)

It is funny you posted this because I have been replaying last year's season only I convinced Bush, Gary and Long to come back for their senior year.   We are really good in my virtual world.  I was looking for a roster to head into next season to upload.  If someone finds one I would love to see it.

The pessimism/negativism being expressed here is astounding. There is a ton of talent on this roster. The OL is tremendously deep and talented and, contrary to popular belief, I believe the DL is going to surprise very pleasantly. As has been the case for every year since JH arrived, this team's success is going to turn on the QB play...in today's game you have to be able to light up the scoreboard. How many "game-manager" QBs were in the CFP last year???
