In all seriousness, cool shoutout and really happy to see Uche coming into his own in the league. Michigan is certainly throwing a lot of darn good pass rushers into the league. Hopefully it'll be adding one more this Fall in Mike Morris.

Josh has at least 7 sacks this year, that was his goal in a year that is very important for his next contract. If he gets 10 he’ll get seriously paid

That doesn’t sound advisable to me but these guys know more than I do about strength training and they have access to people who know way way more than I do so I’m sure it’s fine

Sounds like some damn good work ethic. This is a trait in alot of the greats.
Whats not advisable about it? It's not like he's doing it before the game.
