What does this mean for the most playing for Michigan next season? Who do we lose next year besides seniors ? And do we have any seniors with eligibility that will be back ?

They need to replace 2/3rds of our weekend rotation, both these guys were Jrs but expected to go early.  Isaiah Paige And Walker Cleveland are front runners to replace them, they’re both freshman, nowhere near as talented as KK and Henry, and neither throw over 90.  Criswell is an Ace, he should go early in the draft next year.

They lose 5 bats, 3 of which were 4 year starters (Kerr, Thomas and Lewis), the other big loss going to be jordan brewer, Nelson is the last.  Bullock and Bertram proved serviceable and should be good players next year. 1B and 3B are going to be players we’ve never seen on the field before (barring someone switching positions).

They will be inexperienced next year, but the core is talented, they’ve had a couple nice recruiting years so hopefully a couple others can take the reigns.

Joey Velazquez, OF

Velazquez hammered a triple into the right-center gap during live action and is a bat that a number of scouts were impressed with, mainly due to his strength. He is a strong kid with a quick bat and showed the ability to drive the ball to all fields as well as make good, consistent contact. Velazquez is an exceptional athlete in the outfield.
