Perry cleared to join USC
Remember how we had that hope to pull in Lalota, Roh and Perry and have a monster DE recruiting year? Admittedly the hope was slim to none. Unfortunately, slim just walked out the door:

After being away from the team this long, when will he see the field? I think he's about third or fourth on the depth chart regardless. I still can't believe he chose USC with the other DEs they already had.

They are also likely to get the top defensive player in this years entire class who plays the same position, good luck to him, and Everson Griffon is only a soph.

year for Perry. If his situation was the same as Witherspoon then he couldn't practice all this time, and with depth USC always seems to have it would be kind of stupid to burn a year now.

Anyone know why Perry had clearinghouse issues but rode the process out until Sept. 12, whereas Spoon had CH issues and the ship sailed a month ago?

now that perry is going to usc they are stacked at de. u guys think this will make roh's decision to come to UM easier as he would like to play right away and at USC he wouldnt have that opportunity right away
