OT - You Just Won $447 Million Lotto, What do you do with the $?

It is OT season, we are in a desert wandering without content except for the couch fire in EL, and that is a bad ju-ju. I noted that the Powerball Lotto hit for $447 Million and the winner hadn't come forward yet - I assume it is one of you. So the question today is a simple one:
You've won the $447 Million Powerball Lotto, what are you going to do with the money?

-pay off the college education loans of all my nieces/nephews
-give all my employees enough money to say "F.U.!" to me.
-close my practice
-invest about 1/3rd reasonably conservatively
-build a house in a more secluded neighborhood

An architect friend and I are in the process of starting a business, but we're doing it on a shoestring. This money would allow me to set up shop in a great location; hire a legitimate web designer to do our site and a photographer to photograph our work. Then, with the other $446,950,000, I would give a butt load to various programs and efforts in my town; buy my husband an electric car; do some work on my house; and invest the rest so that I can live a comfortable life.
-Guy that's retiring from my work in a few months when I asked him last week what he's going to do with all that free time.
Contact my financial advisor. Contact my living trust lawyer.Take real good care of my wife and kid's and people close. Build or purchase a real nice house overlooking Lake Michigan. Season tickets too football game's at the big house. Some places I would like to visit.
A Princeton student whose parents play at my badminton club won a $40K prize from Martin Shkreli for solving a geometry proof. YES, that Martin Shkreli. The kid is going to use the prize money to fund his start-up that is aiding in lionfish control efforts in Pensacola, Florida. What the hell did I just write? Let's just say I would spend that $40K in some other way. Ah, heck, I'd just invest it with that Asadullah guy everyone keeps mentioning.

If I won that lottery, I'd retire, sell my house, move back to Michigan, find a house within walking distance of the Big House, donate enough to the AD so I could get seats at mid-field and make comments on MGoBlog all day from my basement.
Give my two week notice. I like my boss and wouldnt' put him in a bind like that. Donate to an animal shelter. Donate to a children's hospital. Buy a house in San Fran. Take the lady friend to Paris and then the wife to Rome. Invest some.
1. Buy the fanciest hookers
2. Buy the best blow
3. Live a life of Hookers and blow for a couple decades
4. Spend my remaining money to sign Jim Harbaugh to a $45 million 3 year contract to be my personal life coach to turn my life around
