Didn't get to watch the first half, but in general I like playing it out the back rather than long balling it.

No that is the worst.
That is a manly freaking goal.
In 7.5 friendlies since WC, #USMNT has outscored opponents 10-3 in 1st half but been outscored 9-0 in 2nd half.

What do you think contributes to that?
1) conditioning
2) depth coming off the bench
3) adjustments at half
I think it's less about conditioning and more about trying to fit new players together who have little experience with each other, which does include the mass of subs in friendlies. You could add in there guys like Brek Shea playing LB and Jermaine Jones playing CB, which are new positions for them, respectively. That said, Omar Gonzalez and Matt Besler didn't do themselves many favors in late 2014 friendlies, either. Weird guys, you might say.
I think another part of it is simply due to having to defend with a lead in the second half. When you are absorbing attacks for 45 minutes straight from teams throwing players forward, it makes life difficult.
What do you guys think of the 2015 away kit?
I like it because there is very little red.
I think it's OK, but they've really got to decide which color they want to feature. Alternating between red and blue with each jersey style is getting tiresome.
but jozy's goal was just the best
Wonder who Klinnsman will pull off the bench in the 2nd half?
I'd say Johannson should get the hook but I think Klinnsman wants to see him play and they only carried one other forward in Rubio Rubin.
Alfredo Morales in for Alejandro Bedoya coming out of the tunnel for the second half.
Glad to see him get some time. Does anyone know if Emerson Hyndman was available for this game or was he not considered because he is coming back from injury?
Wasn't in camp I don't think.
He was called into the U-20 Camp in London. Ramos is hoping to have him in the 2015 U-20 World Cup this summer.
I think Danny Williams will make it on at some point. I'd bet on Yedlin and Rubin, too.
How many subs in a friendly 5 or 3?
Six subs today
I want to see what Alvarado get some time.
Brek Shea in for Fabian Johnson who may as well have been on the bench the whole time.

It is doubtful, but it will be nice to see Yarborough get in the goal at some point.

Hopefully Christian Pulisic develops into that kind of player
GOAL ARON JOHANNSON!
What a pass from Bradley to Altidore...and great nice pass to AJ for the goal. 2-1
Yedlin in for Zardes. Might be DeAndre's first game action since he was wearing a Sounders kit in the fall.
I was hoping for more out of Gyasi. Maybe its the hair.
Rubio Rubin in for the hero of the hour Johannsson.
Nice connection from the former AZ Alkmaar teammates.
Why did Jozy ever leave that team anyways?

He turned a good deep lying play maker into a mess.
What a service by Bradley and Altidore
What the hell is Australia doing up on Germany 2-1 deep in the 2nd half. Germany's Third teamers should be able to take care of the Aussies.
Alvarado in for Orozco
Typical.
Denmark ties it 2-2 on a looper that goalie Nick Rimando should have come out to play but left it and paid for it.
waterfuk
Rimando's got to come out for that ball. A high looping cross inside the 6 has to be his.
