OT: USA Today CFB Assistant Coach Salary Database
I found out that USA Today has posted a database of assistant coach salaries.

ESPN also has a post looking specifically at the big ten.

I'm personally hoping this doesn't turn too negative, but I wanted to share this information regardless.

Once we have some correlation between salary and talent, we will be highly competitive.
Coaching talent?

It is what it is....I'm done complaing about Al, he will be back and lets just hope his offense can get it done. Simple as that.

He's 58, has been an OC for 27 years and has never been good in his fourth season anywhere. If you can give me a precedent for an old dog that learned new tricks and bucked well-established trends this late in his career, I will share in your support. If you can't (and I'm really sure an example doesn't exist), I will continue to blast Borges and encourage my friends-on-the-fence to not pay the PSL next season and teach them a lesson.

Was it really necessary here? Couldn't you save $100k and use it in reserve...or to attract new talent if necessary...
