OT- UCLA ad in West Coast Sports Illustrated

I just noticed that in the 8/3 edition of Sports Illustrated that I get in Portland, OR (and presumably the ad content is regional to the West Coast/Pac-10 area) has a full page ad hawking UCLA season tickets. BTW: Rick Neuheisel's mug features at the top of the page and at the bottom: "UCLA...Champions Made Here." Is this ad in anyone else's SI from another part of the country or did any other schools pony up for this type of ad in other regions?

Hmmm, I live in LA and do not get SI so I'm no help. I do find that very interesting though to see how hard they are pushing that program right now. Neuheisel is going to be under A TON of pressure to win and I certainly don't envy him with what Sneaky Pete has going on down the road in Compton.

I'm surprised more schools don't advertise in SI or other publications. Big schools like Michigan, Texas, USC, etc don't necessarily need to, but smaller schools could use the exposure. Although now that I think about it, small school athletic department budgets are very limited. ...I think I just successfully shot down my own point.
