Both of these franchises release a worse game every year, it's uncanny. NCAA has never even come close to 06 on the PS2, and ESPN 2k5 is still the best football game ever made. It's pretty pathetic.

Stick to FIFA, NHL, and NBA 2k for quality sports gaming.

I'd go with NCAA but that is my opinion. I usually get NCAA every 2 or 3 years. I like the selection of 120+ teams and love dynasty mode.

Personally, I like turning awful teams like Eastern Michigan into superpowers. Last dynasty I took Eastern to the Big Ten, jumped to New Mexico State and got them into the Big XII before jumping ship once again for Kentucky, taking 10 years to make them good and finally win a national title. 

Can't do that in Madden.
