I have had mullets before when i was younger. But after watching Allen this year i decided to grow my hair out again so i can get another mullet.

Jared Allen is a beast. Find it hilarious that his jersey number is 69, especially since he's known to be a party animal with multiple DUIs and was suspended for several games. Love the mullet; if my teenage/college years were in the 80's, I'd so have a mullet.

Before you go thinking you'd look good in a mullet, keep in mind Jared Allen's head is HUGE. It's hard to tell from this video, but I saw him tape his radio show a few weeks ago and, his dome is probably 30-40% bigger than the average human, leaving more room for mullet awesome.

this is not classy, i am glad he did not go to UofM. i will take braylon saying lloyd carr and david harris saying nothing and kicking ass a million times over the guy that has the same intellect as the washed up softball player that idolizes him.

Jared Allen is awesome, I hope he wins a super bowl someday, just not this year. The reason for that is because B***t F***e is there QB, I HATE B***t F***e. FYI his name is bleeped out because I sworn not to say his name until he fianlly retires for good. Five months and counting!

Some people need to chill out about being classy...yeah, it's nice, but having a little fun and joking around is fine, too! Do you honestly think he believes all that stuff? He's seems like a funny, like-able guy who's willing to have a laugh in spite of himself and his hairstyle. What can be better than that?

i think i am more offended by his thinking how funny his hairstyle is and talking about it and making a point of it than by him actually doing it. yes, i know the number 69 is hilarious, because, you know, when two people are doing it, ya know, huh huh. it is an insult to humor really, his whole schtick it played out, like truckers hats and drinking pbr. he has an act and his act is ironically acting like he is too down to earth and folksy and rednecky, when it takes some amount of intellect above what he is mocking to understand what he is doing. this is the mirror image of him acting all gangster, which i would call him out on too.

Jared Allen is definitely not fake, as it seems you are implying via your post. He is definitely a proud redneck (whether you think that is good or bad), and it is not an act. He participated in rodeos when he was in high school and raises horses in his spare time. He has also done a lot of charity work with the USO. He is as genuine a person as you will find in the NFL.

I am so sick of the Jared Allen love-fest. What he did off the field was easily as bad as Pac-Man or Chris Henry or any of those other guys...does anyone remember that anymore? No, instead he got traded to a contender and is now just a big lovable party animal! Funny you don't hear anyone saying that about Pac-Man, Plaxico and Braylon do you? No need to state the obvious truth as to why he gets a free pass. Just sickening. But yes, yes, he is a damn good football player. It's going to be really tough for New Orleans to block him I think.
