Has anyone considered a possible match between Houston and Miles if Herman takes one of the huge offers he most likely has at his doorstep? Miles gives Houston a high profile coach during their courtship with the B12. Pretty much the same recruiting territory. Miles inherits a talented team. Much easier path to success in the American/B12.
I don't think Miles can land another lateral power 5 job st his age after just being fired, so this would seem like a pretty nice match.

Miles will take some time off and Houston is hot & muggy like Louisiana. If he doesn't retire I would expect him to move someplace not so shitty.
