Best of luck. Great spiritual journey.

not the best for office productivity. That said Kareem (sic?) observed Ramadan’s fasting and won a championship.

28 days until proper hydration!

Eid Mubarak everyone! A day of celebration with loved ones. Let's detox the Friday night threads with a similar vein.

1. Where are you celebrating?

2. With whom?

3. Bonus: what is/will be your family/friends dish of choice today?

For me, I am in Marco Island/Naples Florida. Just with my wife and kids. We will celebrate at a special (note good chef, not high class place) Indian restaurant. Had traditional pancakes with mango (fresh and local) with some whipped cream so far.

Happy Eid to everyone!

FYI, this Eid honors the willingness of Ibrahim(Abraham) to sacrifice his son Ismail (Ishmael) as an act of obedience to God’s command. Before Ibrahim could sacrifice his son, however, Allah provided him with a lamb which he was supposed to kill in his son's place because of his willingness to sacrifice his own son in the name of God.
