OT: Deshaun Thomas to the NBA
OSU's Deshaun Thomas has declared for the NBA Draft.

Also on the topic of all Ohio players being draft busts, Mike Conley has been a 15 and 6, PG on a team consistently making the playoffs. Also if you know anything about Greg Oden im pretty sure he would have been a good NBA player, if his knee's didn't die and his cat didnt walk off a high rise balcony.
Oh boy - Mitch sort of backs off his earlier statement.

These lists are pretty consistent in the Top 20, but then diverge more and more further down the draft.

is this a big loss for OSU? It seemed like sometimes OSU's team eroded down to "Deshaun. Go score" when the going got tough. Are they hoping some of those young guys finally step up?
Not sure if this is a big loss or not but with other guys emerging in Ross, Lenzelle Jr., Sam Thompson we should be good on the offense end. In addition, McDonald and our incoming recruit Marc Loving (Ohio Mr.Basketball) should reestablish our post game that was vacant this year. I honestly think this team will still hang its head on defense and grinding out games but sadly, I see us still struggling on offense if someone doesn't step up.
