OT: Dennis F on 97.1
I don't know how many of you listen to the Caputo and Fithian show, but Dennis is my favorite personality on the station. Just finished listening to his show tonight (Caputo was gone), and he closed the show playing Hail to the Victors. It was pretty awesome for a station that's normally all MSU except D.F.

Dennis is okay. He's as boring as Caputo, but I enjoy the station on the whole. I did hear him blasting The Victors on the way home, though.

Karsch and Anderson. The Gator is a reasonable Sparty and Karsch is fairly in the know about U-M. And they are both a damn site more intelligent than those two yokels who follow them.

is more "in the know" than you think. he does the side line reporting for the radio broadcasts, he hosts wolverine sports mag, and all of the interviews that you see during inside michigan football are mostly done by doug karsch. the reason why he doesn't give up more info about michigan football on the air is because he got chewed out for doing it once by lloyd(he has told the story on the air a bunch of times). wheb he was doing radio in AA he got permisson to interview lloyd at schembechler hall, when doug walked he noticed that one the starting OL was on cruches with a cast on his leg. when doug got back to the station he opened his mouth on the air and told everyone within listening range that this player wasn't going to play. the next day he got a call from lloyd and he basically told him that if he ever wanted to do another interview at schembechler hall that he will have to keep his mouth shut about what he sees.

for playing Hail... but to me, he comes across as if he knows it all. Yes, that is his job, but to me, it's too annoying.
