OT: Calling all coaches
So how did you seasons go??
Just to get the ball rolling: my youth team went 0-6 to start, but in the pregame of the last ballgame they just seemed to finally "get it." We ended up winning 13-7 on the last play of the game, beating a youth program we hadn't beaten in forever. We got the ball on their 20 yard line with 30 seconds to go (field position is usually pretty good in the youth game), threw a great pass to get to the 3, then ran a bootleg into the end zone before the gun sounded. The refs waved off the extra point and ended the game right there.

3-6 at the JV level. Disappointing since last year team went 9-0. Oh well.

For the second straight year we can lay claim to being the best 4-5 team in the state. WOOOOOO! (Gosh I cant wait for rugby to start)

down here in Texas. Didn't end well but have a lot of players returning next year and a bad taste in our mouths for motivation this off-season.

First wrestling meet tomorrow. Probably the biggest opening day matchup in the state, Richmond v. Dundee. We've got a great team this year, young too, but we gotta win states this year for the seniors. They would be the first class in a decade to graduate without a state title, can't let that happen.
