At the OSU BBall game
Did anyone else make it to the game? I was surprised to see a decent amount of UM fans at the game, but we were so few our presense could not have been known...
I was extremely disappointed by our team; We could not have shot worse, had worse shot selection, or been more predictable.
Even in the second half when we tried to mount a comeback, our lack of defense made that an impossibility.
3 times during the game we had the comeback hat on, the crowd was quiet with a nervous anticipation, and my lone chant of DE-FENCE was the only one in the Schott... I had hopes of seeing the lead come down to 5-6 point... each time to watch OSU drain a wide open 3.
I left the game with only one question: how did we beat Duke?

I find watching this team harder than watching the football team. At one point in the first half I did not think we were going to score another point.

It's as cliche as "playing within" one's self. That and actually hitting shots that end scoring droughts.

Novak, Conboy, and Tropp should hang out some time. Elbow drop!

You're a clever one.

find a hockey stick and belt you in the back of the head with it

find it much harder to watch this team than I did the football team. At least with the football team you knew the reason they were so bad sometimes was mostly the qb play. Always had the hope of a rb or a wild play breaking loose. At times with the bball team its mind boggling how they can shoot so poorly and feel a little more hopeless.
