Not sure if you're trying to be clever or not, but it's spelled "Lache", not "Leche".
Leche is Spanish for milk, I doubt a parent is going to name their kid "Milk".

Just kidding man people can be assholes at times so here are some suggestions.
Recruiting posts are usually made on monday or tuesday. If something big happens or someone has questions about recruits thats usually the only time they post on the board.
Asking about what happened today you will usually get heckeled. I just wait for it to be posted.
